Prof. Dr. Nikolche Jankulovski is Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of North Macedonia, National Coordinator for the implementation of the South East Europe 2030 (SEE2030) Strategy, and Full Professor at the University “St. Kliment Ohridski” – Bitola. He holds a PhD in Economics and has extensive academic, research, and professional experience in public finance, economic development, regional cooperation, and public policy. He is the author and co-author of numerous scientific publications and has participated in various international academic and research programs, including Erasmus+, CEEPUS, and COST. His professional interests focus on public financial management, economic reforms, regional development, institutional capacity building, and regional integration across South East Europe.
